NEW EXPRESSIONS OF CHURCH
What If Church Could Look Different?
What if church wasn't defined primarily by a building, a Sunday service, or a program—but by people following Jesus, making disciples, and bringing his hope into their communities?
Through the Baltimore Unbound Church Network and Key Bridge Church of Inverness, BALM is helping explore two ways that disciple-making communities can take root and multiply.

Baltimore Unbound: Church Where Life Happens
Small Communities. Multiplying Disciples.
What if church could take root around a dinner table, in a neighborhood, or among people who might never attend a traditional Sunday service?
The Baltimore Unbound Church Network cultivates simple, relational communities centered on worship, community, and mission. Ordinary Christians are equipped to live as everyday missionaries, build relationships with their neighbors, and help others follow Jesus.
These micro-churches emphasize shared leadership, prayer, Scripture, hospitality, and multiplying disciples. Through BALM’s training and support, leaders are encouraged to cultivate communities that can grow and multiply across Greater Baltimore.

Key Bridge Church: Reimagining Church Together
What Could Church Become in One Year?
At Key Bridge Church of Inverness in Dundalk, we're exploring what happens when a traditional congregation begins to think and live differently.
What if every believer saw themselves as a missionary? What if Sunday worship equipped people to follow Jesus throughout the week? What if a church building became a launching place for relationships, discipleship, and service throughout its neighborhood?
Inspired by the image of a bridge connecting people and communities, Key Bridge envisions a church where people gather to worship, grow together, and are sent to bring the hope of Jesus into everyday life.
We're inviting people to consider a one-year commitment to help explore this vision together.
Come worship, build relationships, practice disciple-making, serve the Dundalk community, and help discover what a renewed expression of church might look like.

ONE MOVEMENT. MANY EXPRESSIONS.
Different Expressions. The Same Mission.
Whether disciples gather around a kitchen table or in a traditional sanctuary, our calling remains the same: follow Jesus, make disciples, love our neighbors, and cultivate communities that multiply.
BALM helps connect and equip people exploring new ways of living out this mission throughout Greater Baltimore.
